        About Trish:

Patricia Hynes is a Solicitor in the Litigation Department at FitzGerald Legal & Advisory LLP.

She graduated with an Arts Degree in Economics and Sociology from University College Cork in 1986. She worked as a legal executive with a number of Cork law firms. She graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from University College Cork in 2004. She trained with this firm and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2010. Patricia sits of the Law Society Human Rights Committee.

Patricia specialises in personal injury cases.* She has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in personal injuries claims and medical negligence cases. She represents clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents, workplace injuries or who have been injured by negligent medical practice. Patricia’s aim is to secure the best possible outcome for our clients while at the same time making the process as straightforward as possible.

During a PIAB application or Court proceedings Patricia considers that it is a crucial requirement to listen to what the client is saying and to involve them in the process by keeping a client informed of the progress of their claim. Patricia’s aim is to provide clients with the best possible guidance and advice while recognising that the client is the ultimate decision maker in relation to their own case.
