About Sean:

Sean has a number of commercial and private clients in commercial litigation claims dealing with areas such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes and judicial reviews.

He also advises on all other aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant issues, joint ventures, co-ownership's and planning and tax based schemes has a number of large clients engaged in commercial and residential development and investment.

Sean has been engaged by the main commercial banks and insurance companies on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Sean has been lead adviser in many commercial property undertakings and is acknowledged as an expert in Joint Ventures, Landlord and Tenant, Co ownership, Planning and Trusts. He is also currently the Chairman of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the independent professional body for chartered surveyors working and practicing in Ireland.
