        About Rory:

        Rory Dunne is a solicitor in our Commercial Department and he advises on all aspects of Commercial matters with a focus on Commercial Litigation. He has obtained significant experience before the High Court, Commercial Court and Supreme Court acting on behalf of financial institutions, private companies and individuals.

         

        Rory has represented leading financial institutions on a wide range of disputes, including applications for summary judgment, injunctions, possession proceedings, proceedings on behalf of Receivers, and Examinership proceedings.

         

        Rory also practices in the area of employment law providing a wide range of general and specific advices to employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship.
