About Annmarie:

Annmarie qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has a wealth of legal experience in a wide variety of areas acting on behalf of both private and commercial clients. Having previously run her own practice, Annmarie joined our Commercial department in 2020.

In practice, she advises on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions to include purchase and sale, financing, landlord and tenant, letting agreements and leases. She also advises in relation to distressed assets and insolvency matters. She is an experienced litigator and has a wealth of experience acting in complex litigation and disputes.
