Sinead McNamara
Sinead is a Partner the firm and heads up the Conveyancing Department. She is responsible for streamlining and enforcing uniformity among the conveyancing team. She has over time developed efficient procedures and systems that have successfully moved the department forward and delivering the best possible service to our clients.
Sinead now manages a large highly qualified conveyancing team that boasts extensive experience with complex conveyancing issues arising for property developers, landlord, tenants and private clients.
Sinead also has significant experience in advising Clients in relation Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She also deals with the administration of estates and is a recipient of the John L. Jermyn Probate Prize.
Sinead has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in Circuit Court and High Court ordinary and equity proceedings.
She acts for property developers and private clients both in the drafting and the negotiation of Commercial Leases.
She also advises both employers and employees in relation to employment issues. She has drafted employment contracts for employer clients and has represented employees before the Employment Appeals Tribunal. Sinead has a Diploma in Employment Law, awarded by the Law Society of Ireland.
