Sean O'Riordan

Sean O'Riordan specialises in advising institutional clients and major private developers. In addition to large development schemes, Sean also advises clients on all other aspects of commercial conveyancing including landlord and tenant issues, joint ventures, co-ownerships and planning and tax based schemes.
Sean O’Riordan is an honours graduate of University College Cork. He graduated with BComm degree in 1981 and qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Sean specialises in commercial property having a number of large clients engaged in commercial and residential development and investment. Sean’s particular expertise is the negotiation and structuring of large commercial property transactions.
Sean's practice also involves advising on planning law. He has also been engaged by the main commercial banks and insurance companies on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
