Philip O'Leary
Philip advises many medium to large commercial organisations, financial and banking institutions on compliance with all areas of corporate affairs and corporate governance. He has acted as a key advisor on major financial transactions between multinational companies, take-overs and funding proposals.
Philip acted as Managing Partner of the firm for over 10 years ending 2008. In that time he managed a series of mergers culminating in the formation of the existing firm FitzGerald Solicitors. He is extremely adept at managing projects where there is a requirement for multi-disciplined synergies with other professionals.
Philip has successfully handled a number of large “class action” cases. Philip can manage and co-ordinate detailed documentation and advice to short deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with best practice and quality standards. His ability to organise the resources of the firm to deliver major contracts on time is a significant asset that is always put at the disposal of the client.
