Breda is a significant asset to the Commercial Department and has researched financial institutions’ powers to appoint receivers and powers of sale in light of recent High Court judgments and legislation.

Breda advises financial institutions on their obligations under the various Codes of Conduct issued from the Central Bank and also provides updates on recent High Court judgments which would have an impact on our commercial clients.

Breda has experience in advising banks on a wide range of insolvency, corporate recovery and restructuring issues.

Breda prepares the necessary documents to initiate Judgment procedures in the High Court and is involved in all stages of litigation to obtain judgment. Breda is focused on obtaining the best results for our clients and has experience in managing large scale litigation within the complex court systems.

Breda also prepares the necessary documents to obtain judgment in the Central Office of the High Court.

Once judgment is obtained on behalf of our client Breda then advises on the various options available to our clients to enforce the judgment.
