SEAN O'RIORDAN

Sean O'Riordan is a Partner in the Litigation and Commercial Departments and has over 25 years' experience in advising upon commercial agreements, acquisition and disposal of businesses and company setups. He has also experience in seed capital investment and both public and private funding.

Sean also has many years expertise in litigation including all aspects of commercial litigation from both Plaintiff and Defendant's view point. Sean has a number of commercial and private clients, in commercial litigation claims dealing with areas such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes and judicial reviews.

Sean also advises clients on all other aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant issues, joint ventures, co-ownerships and planning and tax based schemes.

Sean O'Riordan is an honors graduate of University College Cork. He graduated with Comm degree in 1981 and qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Sean has a number of large clients engaged in commercial and residential development and investment.

Sean's practice also involves advising on planning law. He has also been engaged by the main commercial banks and insurance companies on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
