Norma Lane
Norma Lane is a solicitor in the firm's Commercial Department, specialising in insolvency.
She has knowledge and experience in insolvency law matters and provides advice to companies, directors, financial institutions, creditor groups, liquidators, and receivers as well as offering advice to individuals including negotiation with financial institutions.
She also advises financial institutions on debt recovery from sending demands through to issuing proceedings, obtaining judgment and enforcement.
The issues she advises on include:
- Voluntary and involuntary liquidations
- Receiverships
- Creditors' rights on insolvency
- Bankruptcy
- Security reviews
- Enforcement proceedings
Norma also deals with employment law issues and advises both employers and employees.
Norma is a graduate of UCC and is the holder of a BCL (Law and German) and LLM. She has been awarded a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring by the Law Society of Ireland.
