Melanie Evans
Melanie is a solicitor working primarily in the firm’s child care and commercial departments. In addition, Melanie has a broad range of experience advising on a variety of matters including Wills, the administration of Estates and the creation and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. Melanie also deals with employment law disputes, acting for both employers and employees. She advises banks and receivers in connection with commercial conveyancing issues.
Melanie Evans graduated with a BCL degree from UCC in 2002. She also holds an LL.M. in European Law from University College London. She was awarded a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2010.
In April 2007, Melanie was part of the winning team representing the Law Society of Ireland at the Louis M Brown International Client Counselling Competition hosted by the University of Sydney. Melanie is a trained Collaborative Practitioner.
