Annette Sheehan
Annette Sheehan is an Honours Graduate from the University of Limerick and holds an LLB Degree in Law and European Studies. Since joining the firm, Annette Sheehan has worked in the Family Law and Child Care Department and gained extensive experience in those areas. She commenced her apprenticeship in October 2008 and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2010.
Annette has successfully completed the Advanced Family Law Diploma awarded by the Law Society of Ireland in March 2011. Annette places a strong emphasis on reaching a negotiated amicable conclusion to Family Law proceedings. Annette believes that where issues surrounding children are involved, the welfare of the children are the paramount consideration.
Annette is a trained Collaborative Practitioner and a member of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners and Resolve, the Cork Practice Group. Annette is also a member of the Irish Family Lawyers Association.
Annette has a special interest in Mental Health and Capacity Law and is currently completing a Certificate course in this area awarded by the Law Society of Ireland.
